Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ScaleBrand10x, we value transparency and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and payments are handled for our services.


1. Scope

This policy applies to all services provided by ScaleBrand10x, including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Advertising and performance marketing

  • Retention marketing (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)

  • Ad creative production

  • AI agent development

  • App development


2. Deposits & Upfront Payments

  • Most projects require a deposit (typically 50%) before work begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.


3. Project Cancellations

  • If a client cancels before project work has started (after deposit), no additional payment is due.

  • If a client cancels after work has started, ScaleBrand10x reserves the right to bill for work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Completed deliverables (designs, creatives, code, strategies) will be handed over only once outstanding payments are cleared.


4. Retainer & Ongoing Services

  • Retainer-based services (ads management, email marketing, etc.) require monthly prepayment.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • No partial refunds are offered for unused days within a billing cycle.


5. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.

  • Refunds may only be considered if:

    • A duplicate payment was made in error.

    • Services were not delivered as agreed in a signed contract.


6. Service Guarantees & Results

  • While we aim for the best results, ScaleBrand10x does not guarantee specific outcomes such as ad ROAS, traffic levels, or revenue growth.

  • Performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control (e.g., client budgets, market conditions, algorithm changes).


7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

  • We will work with clients in good faith to resolve issues promptly.
